So I’ve noticed that the gym I go to has a little bit more breathing space versus a few short weeks ago. All of a sudden, there are no line ups for showers and most of the equipment is free… What’s changed? Perhaps a little bit of a bug going around?! Perhaps YES! If the name of the bug is “setting goals and not following through.”

As predicted, we’re seeing a huge increase in activity on Bucketlist.org from our members signing on to create goals and resolutions for the new year.

One of the incentives for our team members that we have at our company is our wellness days policy (basically employees can take up to 4 extra days off in addition to their vacation days every year to be well). I have very few regrets in my life up to this point. But one regret I do have is that I waited too long to start reading business books. I had already been running my business for a few years when I finally picked up a business book. I think the reason is that i found the text books i read in university dry and of little value at the time.
